The Bellevue "downtown" corridor has grown leaps and bounds over the last decade. Some may remember before the skyscrapers, luxury hotels, and ultra chic shopping centers. We have come a long way, that is for sure - thanks in large part to one man, Kemper Freeman.
Sure, we all love the Bravern (Trophy Cupcakes, LV, Hermes...it goes on and on), Bellevue Square, the boutiques on Main Street, but how often do you enjoy Bellevue quietly?
