Cited as one of the (if not the) most educated cities in the nation, Seattle is quickly becoming a popular relocation destination. When we aren't busy with our dot.coms, coffee shops, grunge music, and all the other labels Seattle is known for, we are settling in new friends and watching our wonderful city become truly international. The Seattle area offers a higher quality of life - with opportunities to golf, sail, enjoy the mountains and outdoors, take in a world-class meal and show, shop, hit up the night life, or pamper in a luxurious hotel or spa, it is no wonder so many people have picked up and placed new roots in our Emerald city.
Our international district is ever-expanding, and is well worth the trip past the stadium. So, for those who are eager to take it all in, head down and enjoy new cuisine, new shopping, and new experiences. Did I mention new food?
Happy Travels!
As a Northwest native, I love all that Seattle has to offer. The energy of the region is contagious. Seattle, like other great cities of the world, has distinct neighborhoods whose vibe is apparent even to a casual visitor. Seattle is known as the coffee capital of the world, and Washington wines have gained international attention. As a coffee and wine lover, I love sampling new coffees and visiting Washington wineries. Welcome to my blog. Thanks for the chance to share some of my Seattle!
