Seattle Magazine could not have said it better.  Green Lake is absolutely the original hub for social recreation.  This all-season neighborhood pulls visitors from all over for a run, a stop at Greggs Cylces, a quiet bistro lunch, or a double scoop following an afternoon at the zoo.  

Green Lake is truly one of the Emerald City's most radiant gems.
